The Identity Shift Method
1. SEE
We identify what is actually happening beneath the business problem.
Together, we look at patterns showing up around pricing, selling, visibility, decision-making, receiving, confidence, and taking action.
The initial Google Form and first Inner Child Alchemy session help establish where the work needs to begin
2. SHIFT
Work with the internal beliefs, emotional patterns, and reactions that are contributing to your current behaviour.
Depending on what you need, this can include Inner Child Alchemy, personalised EFT, RRT, and energy-clearing work.
The work is personalised rather than following a fixed sequence, because the underlying pattern will be different for each client.
3. EMBODY
Translate the internal shift into how you actually operate your business.
This can include working on pricing, positioning, communicating value, sales, visibility, client situations, boundaries, decision-making, and strategy implementation where strategy is genuinely needed.

Do you work with clients outside of Spain?
Yes. I work with creatives and entrepreneurs worldwide. All coaching sessions are held online, so location is never a limitation.
Is mindset & identity coaching combined with strategy?
Yes. My approach blends mindset, identity work, and practical business guidance. This means we don’t just talk about clarity, we turn it into aligned action and real movement.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not standard, as coaching is a deep energetic and time based commitment.
