Here’s what we do in that 60-minute session:
Step 1: Identified the root belief
Using a combination of targeted questions and RRT (Rapid Resolution Therapy) techniques, we trace for instance “pricing anxiety back to its origin”… Not just “I’m scared to charge more,” but why that fear existed at the subconscious level.
Step 2: Cleared the emotional charge
Through EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and energy work, we release the emotional weight attached to the certain belief you have. This isn’t about positive affirmations or “just think differently”, it’s about resolving the charge so your nervous system stops reacting as if asking for fair payment is a threat.
Step 3: Installed a new identity
We don’t just remove the old belief, we anchored a new one: “Charging my worth allows me to serve at my highest level.” Not as a mantra to repeat, but as an embodied truth your system could accept.
The whole process takes less than an hour.
Why Mindset Work Alone Isn’t Enough
I see a lot of entrepreneurs trying to “mindset” their way through blocks. They journal. They affirm. They visualize.
And it works, until it doesn’t and then they can blame “see? mindset work sucks!” “manifestation suck!”
