From the moment we were looking for an apartment on the Costal del Sol, we had a very nice contact with Fia from Strand Properties. Together with us she selected a number of apartments, we travelled to Spain and visited the apartments together. One of these apartments is now (almost) ours :-). I have never imagined that property buying process can be that hard and stresful. With all love to Spain and Spanish volks going through bureaucracy, mañana attitide and unclear procedures is hell on earth. I actually met Fia as the selling broker of a project in Malaga I wanted to buy in to. The way she handled that project not starting towards me as a buyer, I knew I wanted her in my corner aquering a property abroad.
